Who you are buying from
These terms cover purchases made on this website. Placing an order means you accept them.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. If we cannot fulfil an order — stock is wrong, an item is discontinued, a price was listed in error — we will tell you and refund you in full rather than substitute something you did not choose.
Prices
All prices are in US dollars and include no hidden charges. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. No customs duty or brokerage fee is added afterwards, because orders ship domestically within the United States.
Product descriptions
We describe what is actually in each pack, and we state specifications only where we have verified them. Colours may vary slightly between screens and print. Where a product page is silent about a property such as water resistance, treat that silence as “not verified” rather than as a promise.
Delivery
Processing takes 2 business days and delivery takes 5-8 business days. These are working estimates, not guarantees; carriers occasionally run late for reasons outside our control.
Returns
Our returns policy forms part of these terms. Unused packs may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Intellectual property
The designs, photographs and text on this site belong to MotifDock. You are buying the physical stickers, not a licence to reproduce the artwork. Please do not copy the designs for resale.
Liability
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the goods you bought. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
