Privacy Policy

This policy explains what this shop collects, why, and what happens to it. It describes what the site actually does rather than every possibility a template might list.

What we collect when you order

To process an order we collect your name, email address, billing address, shipping address and phone number if you provide one. We need these to take payment, print a label and contact you if something goes wrong.

What we never see

Payments are handled by PayPal. Card numbers and PayPal credentials are entered on their systems, not ours. We receive a confirmation that payment succeeded and the billing details attached to it. We never see or store your full card number.

Cookies

The shop sets cookies to remember what is in your basket and to keep you logged in if you create an account. Our page cache and security plugin also set technical cookies. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Who else handles your data

  • PayPal — payment processing.
  • Our shipping carrier — receives your name and delivery address to deliver the parcel.
  • Our hosting provider — stores the site and its database, including order records.

We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to anyone who is not needed to complete your order.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will act on it. Deleting an account does not remove order records we are legally required to keep.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page.

This policy describes our actual practice. It is not legal advice, and if your jurisdiction imposes specific wording you should have a solicitor review it.
