Where we ship from
Every order ships from our warehouse inside the United States. We send stock over in bulk and clear customs once, as a single shipment, before anything reaches this site. That is the reason your order arrives on a domestic timeline and the reason you are never billed for import duty.
What it costs
- Flat $4.50 anywhere in the United States.
- Free on orders over $35.00.
- No customs charges, import duty or brokerage fees. The price you see at checkout is the whole amount. Nothing is collected on delivery.
Shipping is a flat rate because it honestly is flat for us. Every pack we sell is about 3 x 3 inches and weighs under 4 ounces, which puts all of them in the same carrier price band. Charging by weight would produce the same number with more arithmetic.
How long it takes
- Order processing: 2 business days. This is the time between your order landing and the parcel leaving the warehouse.
- Delivery: 5-8 business days after dispatch.
- Total: typically 7-10 business days from order to doorstep.
Business days do not include weekends or US public holidays. Orders placed on a Friday evening begin processing the following Monday.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier. If a tracking number has not arrived within 2 business days of ordering, contact us and we will look into it.
Where we do not ship yet
We currently ship within the United States only. We would rather say that plainly than take an international order we cannot fulfil on a sensible timeline.
