You have 15 days from delivery to return anything unused for a refund.
What we can take back
Stickers are returnable while they are unused and still in their original packaging. Once a sticker has been peeled from its backing it cannot be resold, so we cannot accept it back. That is not a technicality we hide in small print — it is the whole reason the window applies to unopened packs only.
How to start a return
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery with your order number.
- We will reply with a return address and instructions. Please wait for that reply before posting anything, so your parcel does not arrive somewhere it cannot be matched to your order.
- Send the item back in its original packaging.
Who pays return postage
If the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we cover return postage and refund you in full. If you simply changed your mind, return postage is yours to cover and we refund the price of the item.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return arrives and has been checked. Your bank or PayPal usually takes a few more days to show it.
Something arrived damaged
Send us a photograph within 15 days and we will replace it or refund it. You will not need to post a damaged item back.
