Will I be charged customs or import duty?
No. Orders ship from our warehouse inside the United States. Duty was already handled when the stock was imported in bulk, so nothing is collected from you on delivery. The checkout total is the entire amount you pay.
How long will my order take?
Processing takes 2 business days, then delivery takes 5-8 business days. That is usually 7-10 business days in total.
How much is shipping?
A flat $4.50 anywhere in the US, and free once your order passes $35.00.
Why is shipping a flat rate?
Because it genuinely is flat for us. Every pack is roughly 3 x 3 inches and under 4 ounces, so they all fall in the same carrier band. Weight-based pricing would arrive at the same number.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 15 days, as long as the pack is unused and in its original packaging. A peeled sticker cannot be resold, so opened packs cannot come back.
Are the stickers waterproof?
Where a specific pack has been tested for water resistance, that is stated on its own product page. Where the product page does not say it, we have not verified it and will not claim it. In general, hand washing and shade will outlast a dishwasher and direct sun for any sticker.
What surface should I put them on?
Adhesive grips clean, smooth, non-porous surfaces best — glass, painted metal, hard plastic, laptop shells. It struggles on silicone, powder-coated finishes, textured plastic and anything oily. Wipe the surface and let it dry before applying.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We ship within the US only.
Do you sell single stickers?
No. Everything here is sold as a pack. A set is designed as a set, and postage on a single sticker costs more than the sticker.
